I currently work as a System Engineer, responsible for the identity, secrets and privileged access systems that other teams rely on every day — infrastructure most people never think about until it breaks.

This lab exists because operating a platform and understanding why it's built that way are two different things. I wanted to understand the architectural decisions behind modern security platforms, not simply operate them — so I built one myself, from the ground up.

Every identity here — human or AI — is issued the same way and expires the same way, zero standing trust either side. AI agents on this platform can propose and execute scoped infrastructure work; nothing consequential ships without my explicit review and approval.
